Job Description:

As a highly dynamic, visionary, and action-oriented leader, you'll drive transformative marketing strategies, achieve desired outcomes, and foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment across diverse teams. Your role will be responsible for leading, managing, and achieving primary marketing and business development goals, driving product revenue growth, profit, and other marketing and product management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As a member of the Americas Leadership team, you'll set and execute the vision, strategy, and tactical focus for marketing, including launching our Digital platform and SaaS platforms.
  • You'll define and champion an innovative marketing vision and roadmap, execute an integrated marketing strategy, and help grow market share.
  • You'll drive brand development, marketing, and digital go-to-market with an emphasis on revenue and EBITDA management.
  • You'll ensure effective market segment marketing, publicity, and marketing communications, as well as uniform promotion design and branding.
  • You'll provide vision, leadership, and department direction to attain company strategic goals and objectives.
  • You'll live the Employee Value Proposition, articulating features, attributes, benefits, and opportunities, and help internally market the EVP across Watts.
  • You'll oversee development and execution of all product and solution marketing programs, including advertising, competitive analysis, and promotion.
  • You'll design and deliver high-impact digital marketing campaigns informed by market analysis, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • You'll act as a change agent, driving efforts in the industry and SaaS competitive landscape, ensuring Watts product offerings are the solution of choice for global customers.
  • You'll ensure ownership of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee achievement of marketing objectives within designated budgets.
  • You'll monitor and maintain a thorough understanding of the external environment through continuous interaction with our Manufacturing Representative and Distribution network.
  • You'll translate company strategy into data-driven, action-oriented plans that result in organic and inorganic growth for the company.
  • You'll collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and refined people strategies throughout the organization.
  • You'll develop and implement the company's New Product Development process, identify resource needs, and work with development and other management teams to determine the schedule of product releases.
  • You'll drive the Americas strategic plan across all businesses, including segmentation and 80/20 and where to play.
  • You'll establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the organization.
  • You'll inspire a high-performing team, developing and mentoring direct reports to exceed individual, department, and corporate goals.
