About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide specialized services aimed at restoring functionality, enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing long-term physical disabilities for patients facing various health challenges. Your expertise will support individuals recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver physical therapy services to patients in accordance with the physician's plan of care, under the supervision of a licensed PT.
  • Engage in communication and case conferences to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Utilize sound judgment and technical skills to perform treatments in line with established protocols.
  • Adhere to the Agency Code of Ethics and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Implement safety and infection control measures in all patient interactions.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapy license in the state of MO is required.
  • Experience in home health care is preferred but not mandatory.
