Custodial Worker

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Barrington Board of Education. As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our school facilities. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, and common areas
- Conduct an ongoing program of general maintenance, upkeep, and repair
- Perform minor repairs and report major repair needs to the Building & Grounds Supervisor

Requirements
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
- Black Seal certification preferred but not required
