Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at Park Avenue Grill. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, specials, and promotions to increase revenue.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, handling payments and making change as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
