The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site assistance in the replacement of hydraulic hose assemblies. This role requires nationwide travel to various customer locations.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Availability for on-call support 24/7
  • Engagement in projects that may require weekend work and 12-hour shifts
  • Construction of hydraulic hose assemblies directly at customer sites
  • Removal and installation of hose assemblies as necessary
  • Ensuring proper hose routing according to OEM specifications
  • Conducting machine inspections
  • Gathering information for quotes on larger projects
  • Timely submission of data for invoicing in a clear manner
  • Maintaining and safeguarding company-owned equipment consistently
  • Willingness to travel for extended durations, typically ranging from 2-3 weeks, with potential for special projects lasting up to 2-3 months.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment as situations arise
  • Strong professional communication and customer relations skills
  • Commitment to excellence in service
  • Effective interpersonal skills for customer engagement and relationship building
  • Capability to perform under pressure
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience (two or more years preferred)

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities
  • Comfortable maneuvering in confined spaces
  • Flexibility and quick thinking in dynamic situations
