Technical Expertise Required
Technologies: .NET Core (C#), Git, and a comparable frontend framework.
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis.
Cloud Platforms: AWS Gov Cloud.
DevOps Tools: TeamCity, Octopus Deploy or similar CI/CD tools.
Your Contributions Will Include:
- Leading and mentoring a diverse team of engineers specializing in both web and backend development.
- Architecting and developing efficient APIs and their downstream integrations.
- Overseeing technical design and implementation, particularly where backend integrations are essential.
- Identifying opportunities for code reusability across various projects to enhance development speed and efficiency.
Qualifications We Value:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on backend technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of nurturing and developing engineering talent.
- Comprehensive experience in application architecture across all layers, including data, business logic, and user interface.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development using C# and substantial experience with CI/CD processes and cloud services, particularly in SaaS environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting to diverse projects.
