Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in General Merchandise. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling returns and exchanges.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
