About the Role

As an Activity Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You'll be responsible for planning and implementing programs, activities, and events that promote physical, social, cognitive, and creative well-being. Your creativity and enthusiasm will bring joy and excitement to our residents, and help them stay engaged and active.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize programs, activities, and events that cater to the interests and abilities of our residents
  • Develop and implement creative initiatives that promote spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions
  • Communicate with residents, families, and staff to ensure that activities are well-received and meet the needs of our community
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities
Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a strong passion for working with seniors and a knack for creating engaging experiences. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver's license, we'd love to hear from you
