Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in accordance with state regulations, along with two years of professional nursing experience, including one year in a specialized field. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related discipline may substitute for one year of experience, while a master's degree can substitute for two years.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate physical agility, including the ability to assist in emergency evacuations, perform repetitive movements, and operate necessary equipment. The role requires the capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and maintain alertness during extended shifts.
