**Job Summary**

Stewart's Shops is seeking a skilled Refrigeration/HVAC Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks in our shops, including diagnosing and repairing refrigeration and HVAC units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
  • Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electric work as needed
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in refrigeration and HVAC maintenance
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
