Key Responsibilities

The Culinary Service Associate will:

  • Prepare and present food items as required.
  • Perform essential prep tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
  • Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
  • Transport food items safely between workstations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Store food appropriately, adhering to safety and rotation protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Distribute necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Follow approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control.
  • Serve customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and relay information to supervisors as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company service standards and inventory management.
  • Comply with all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
