Advanced Specialty Staff RN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Specialty Staff RN to join our team at Providence Clinical Network. As a key member of our cardiac care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct quality care for cardiac patients in an out-patient setting, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act.
- Assess, treat, and care for patients with adult and geriatric needs, demonstrating competence in analyzing patient data and understanding the cognitive, physical, emotional/psychosocial, spiritual, and chronological maturation process.
- Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines.
- Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the healthcare team, fostering a collegial relationship and promoting seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Upon hire: Certified Cardiac Device Specialist Certification.
