Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards.
  • Sweep and mop floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Remove trash and place it in designated containers, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Steam clean or hose out garbage cans to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, ensuring efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
  • Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.
  • Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all staff and customers.
Requirements
  • 2 years of previous dishwashing and/or cooking experience preferred, but not required.
