Department Supervisor Role

As a Department Supervisor at Home Depot, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service. You will also provide valuable input into merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team. Additionally, you will show strong product knowledge and the ability to lead and develop others.
