Merchandiser Associate

Job Overview:

As a Retail Merchandiser Floater with Hallmark US Springboard, you will have the opportunity to showcase your organizational and time management skills, while establishing relationships with local store teams. You will collaborate with colleagues to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, as well as support seasonal resets and installations. This role involves working independently, utilizing a mobile device provided by Hallmark to service stores and communicate with your supervisor.

The ideal candidate should be able to read, write, and understand English, and possess basic computer skills. They must also be able to push, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally. Reliable transportation is required to report to assigned locations.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling during the work week, with estimated weekly hours ranging from 4-15 hours per week. The salary for this role is approximately $13.50-$14.50 per hour, based on location and shift.
