Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the quality and features of Toyota vehicles.
Work closely with customers to identify and meet their needs, and to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles and features, as well as industry trends and market conditions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
