About the Role:

As a full-time Nurse Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant in the Myers Hall Assisted Living Community, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our residents. We're looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for senior care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
  • Support residents with dining needs, including escorting them to the dining room and assisting with in-room dining services.
  • Promote independence and encourage residents to maintain their highest level of functioning.
  • Adhere to standard infection control precautions in all aspects of resident care.
  • Follow the care plan to ensure the highest quality of care for each resident.
  • Exchange reports on resident conditions at the start and end of each shift and update Clinical Supervisors and the Myers Hall Manager with any significant changes.
  • Accurately document all resident care information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) on a daily basis.
  • Carry and respond to resident call alerts promptly and respond to emergency situations in accordance with facility procedures.
