Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
