Responsibilities

As a Traveling Duct Foreman, you will be responsible for working across multiple job sites, managing duct subs, planning daily tasks, and assigning crew members to planned tasks. You will oversee that quality and productive work is being performed while following safety regulations and procedures. You will also conduct pre-task risk assessments with the crew to identify and eliminate possible safety hazards before performing work. Additionally, you will communicate with other supervisors and management when planning work, performing work, and completing work.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be open to full-time travel, have supervision experience, be able to pass an observed drug screen and background check, and have previous duct work experience.
