Music Teacher Position at Fusion

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Music Teacher to join our team at Fusion. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a student-centered, supportive classroom environment that promotes resourcefulness, critical thinking, self-awareness, and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education, with expertise in music creation, audio recording, and music production. You will be expected to adapt and differentiate instruction for all students, maintaining complete and accurate records and developing genuine, positive relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach music creation, audio recording, and music production to high school students
  • Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents
  • Contribute to the campus community and participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Music Education or related field
  • Strong experience in music education, with expertise in music creation, audio recording, and music production
  • Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs, such as ProTools, Logic, and Ableton Live
  • Ability to mentor and support students with learning differences and ADHD

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and energetic school setting
