Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work with pediatric patients in the areas of Petaluma, Sonoma, and Santa Rosa.
About the JobThis is a full-time position offering competitive pay, weekly paychecks, paid training, and flexible scheduling. You will have opportunities for continuing education, college partnerships, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services using the nursing process.
- Initiate plans of care, request revisions as needed, and intervene in response to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor effectiveness, and document interventions.
- Review plan of care, identify areas for healthcare teaching, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning needs.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which you practice.
- Current Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS card.
- One year prior RN experience preferred.
