Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and follow resident care plans.
- Monitor residents' physical and mental well-being, including vital signs.
- Conduct health assessments and document medical histories.
- Administer medications and observe their effects.
- Review and maintain residents' medical records.
- Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Manage medical supply inventories.
- Assist with IV setups, immunizations, and phlebotomy tasks.
- Support the orientation and training of new medical staff.
