Parsons is seeking a skilled Embedded Software Developer to join our team of exceptional individuals. The ideal candidate will have experience in C/C++ and Linux systems, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop embedded software on a Linux platform

Participate in an Agile Scrum development life cycle, including design, peer review, test support, and documentation of software

Troubleshoot technical issues arising within the operational environment and track/update progress

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in engineering, scientific, technical discipline, or comparable work experience

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and amenable for poly upgrade

Proficient working in a Linux command line environment

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Linux, VxWorks, or other embedded systems internals

Experience analyzing performance issues and implementing efficiency improvements
