We are seeking highly skilled Servers to join our team at Plow Restaurant, located in the charming village of Cambridge. With its unique atmosphere and exceptional cuisine, Plow offers an unforgettable dining experience.

About Us

PLOW is an elevated New American restaurant situated in a former 1800s feed mill. Our downtown location offers stunning views and a lively ambiance. Our staff is comprised of local individuals passionate about food, fun, and family.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders from patrons and transmit them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Familiarize yourself with our extensive menu, making recommendations and suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, ability to work effectively under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
  • The capacity to work independently while maintaining high-quality performance.

Work Schedule
