Job Summary

The Busser is a key member of the Miramonte Resort & Spa culinary team, responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dining room and patio, as well as supporting the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the dining room and patio are clean and well-maintained, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surface areas.
  • Pre-bussing guest tables once guests are finished with a plate.
  • Delivering food orders to restaurant tables and guest rooms in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with staff and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Restocking supplies before and after each shift.
  • Collaborating with team members to communicate special needs or guest requests.
  • Utilizing initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
  • Ensuring all food items are properly garnished and presented before delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Mature, pleasant, courteous, cooperative, and an enthusiastic team player with good human relations' skills.
