Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Urologist to join our team in Cottonwood, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic inpatient and outpatient setting, providing high-quality care to patients in need.

• Reason For Coverage: Supplemental

• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call

• Shifts needed to be filled:
- Clinical + Call
- Dec 9-12

• Shift Schedule: 8a-5p
- 3 days (OP), 1 day (OR), 1 day (OP procedures)
- FT Need or 2 weeks/month

• Call schedule:
- Night call; 5p-8a
- 24-hr call; 8a-8a

• Call Type: Beeper

• Patient Volume: 20 (OP)

• No. of Surgeries: 3-4

• Procedures per week: 10-15

• Support Staff: 1 APP, MAs

• Procedures:
- Vasectomy (in clinic)
- Infant Circumcision OP (preferred)

• Hospital Beds: 99

• EMR: Cerner

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active AZ License or IMLC

• BC/BE

• DEA

• COVID & Flu Vaccine

• Min 1 yr of experience
