Position Overview

Ana Luisa is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Seasonal Stylist to enhance our retail operations during the holiday season:
  • Work Hours: 20-25 hours per week
  • Availability: Flexible availability during weekdays and required availability on weekends
  • Compensation: $22/hour
The Stylist plays a crucial role in driving our team's success. The primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and effectively communicating our brand narrative. A genuine passion for our products and a commitment to exceptional service will be essential in fostering customer loyalty and driving sales.

The Stylist will report directly to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Ana Luisa brand and product offerings to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve both individual and team sales goals through a customer-focused approach, comprehensive product knowledge, and authentic selling techniques.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Average Order Value, Units Per Transaction, Conversion Rates, and revenue targets.
  • Utilize company resources and strategies to support the achievement of overall store sales objectives.
Customer Engagement
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by creating genuine connections and providing a personalized shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the store team to cultivate a strong clientele list, promoting brand loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
  • Participate in store events and corporate initiatives to boost brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Welcome customers warmly into the store, fostering a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist customers in styling jewelry, offering recommendations that align with their personal style and lifestyle.
  • Work closely with store leadership to gather and implement customer feedback to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Address customer needs promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Operational Excellence & Visual Presentation
  • Process customer transactions accurately, ensuring a seamless experience across all channels.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranties efficiently in line with company policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by executing brand and marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing, with jewelry displays presented attractively.
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational matters to enhance store performance.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts to maintain high accuracy levels.
  • Adhere to all front and back-of-house procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in processing shipments, including visual merchandising placement and replenishment to ensure product availability.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ years of retail experience; experience in jewelry or fashion is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
