We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at the Springfield Mall location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our clients
  • Drive sales by building relationships with clients, sharing style and product information, and presenting a clean and well-maintained store environment
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and store financial goals
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
Requirements:
