As a Housekeeper and Companion Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of senior adults and those in need.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper and Companion Caregiver, you will provide a wide range of services to support the independence and well-being of our clients. This includes light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, one-on-one mobility assistance, and providing transportation. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through advanced training in areas such as dementia care and Alzheimer's care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, with assistance from the client when possible
  • Provide light housekeeping services, including laundry and cleaning
  • Assist clients with mobility and transportation, including doctor's appointments and outings
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Report any unusual incidents or concerns to management
Requirements
  • Passion for serving others and making a difference in the lives of others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical endurance and ability to lift and move objects as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
