Pearl of Evanston is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
- Meet with nursing staff and support personnel to plan services, programs, and activities.
- Make written and oral reports and recommendations concerning the activities of the shift as required.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit or shift.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel and other departments within the facility.
- Monitor personnel to ensure they are following established safety regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
Qualifications:
- Current Illinois Nursing License.
- Current CPR certification.
