Job OpportunityWilshire Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our Employment Class Action department in Sacramento, CA. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to fight for workers' rights and win cases against large corporations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies for wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.
  • Take responsibility for drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Participate in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations as part of a litigation team.
Requirements:
  • California State Bar licensure and good standing.
  • Superior analytical and legal research skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Reliable commute to or relocation to Sacramento, CA.
