Job Description

Margaritaville Resort of Cape Cod is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests receive immediate, friendly, and personalized attention.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a food and beverage server in a high-volume restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recipes and procedures for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
