Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of systems engineering plans, requirements specifications, and interface control documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the technical integrity and quality of our systems engineering deliverables.
  • Apply systems engineering principles to analyze and decompose high-level requirements into actionable artifacts.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project teams, government personnel, and senior executives.
  • Contribute to the development of systems engineering documentation, including systems engineering plans, initial capability documents, and requirements specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field.
  • Five or more years of related experience.
  • Relevant industry standard certifications, such as INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), or OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional–Advanced (OCSMP-A) certifications.
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
Clearance Requirements
  • This role requires an active TS/SCI w/ polygraph clearance.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
