Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant - Certified for a challenging Travel Allied job in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transports patients as needed
Requirements:
  • One to three years experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
