Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is required.
  • Flexibility to accommodate weekend, holiday, and other shift schedules is necessary.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in patient interviewing is preferred.
  • Ability to manage cash transactions and maintain balance is advantageous.
  • Strong typing and clerical skills, emphasizing speed and accuracy, are preferred.
  • A general understanding of medical insurance and terminology is beneficial.
