  • Process Improvement: Engage in internal improvement initiatives and technical problem-solving, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Requirements
  • US Citizenship: Required due to the sensitive nature of our projects.
  • Educational Background: Associates degree in business or engineering technology required. Bachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related technical field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in engineering, manufacturing, or a technical field, with at least 5 years in project/program management of technical projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a high-pressure environment.
  • Communication Proficiency: Effective communicator across all levels of the organization and with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Excel and MS Project to clarify and manage complex information.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing or other highly regulated environments.
  • Project Management Certification: PMP, CPM, or similar formal project management education is a plus.
  • Contract Negotiation Skills: Experience with contract negotiation and administration is highly desirable.
