About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Lenox Hill Radiology. As a key member of our imaging services team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mammographic equipment and other medical devices with precision and attention to detail, adhering to established company policies and protocols.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images in a timely manner, prioritizing patient comfort and well-being.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and recognize potential medical issues, taking prompt action to ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals, providing clear and concise information about exam procedures and results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams, images, and results, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • ARRT(R)(M) certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience
