Job Title: Third Shift Floor Supervisor: Monarch Residential Autism Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Third Shift Floor Supervisor to join our team at Bellefaire JCB. As a key member of our Residential Autism Services team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

Job Summary:

The Third Shift Floor Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and supporting our childcare staff in providing high-quality care and services to our clients. This includes conducting functional analysis of behavioral problems, developing and implementing student behavior management plans, and tracking and reporting outcome data.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional analysis of behavioral problems and develop student behavior management plans.
  • Train and supervise staff in the delivery and outcome monitoring of behavior management plans.
  • Track and report behavior outcome data.
  • Supervise staff to maintain accurate and up-to-date student behavioral records.
  • Assist in the behavioral instruction, support, and management of students in residential treatment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to deal with crisis situations and make prompt decisions.
  • Proven supervisory skills.
