Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team as a Supervisor. As a CRNA Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the direction and supervision of the clinical work of nurse anesthetists, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to department policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of anesthesia practices, and the ability to mentor and develop CRNAs. A Master's degree in Nursing, a valid North Carolina nursing license, and current certification as a CRNA are required.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Performs general supervision and evaluation of anesthesia staff.
  • Maintains clinical and professional competency, according to department policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Demonstrates staff CRNA skills as needed.
