Job Title: Senior RN - Patient Care

About the Role:

The Regency Integrated Health Services team is seeking a seasoned and compassionate Senior RN - Patient Care to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, collaborating with physicians, and mentoring junior staff members. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality care to residents, including conducting rounds, assessing and documenting conditions, and implementing care plans
* Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Mentor and educate junior staff members on best practices and procedures
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
