We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at The 1844 Table & Mash and The Crow's Nest. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Verify customer identification and age requirements.
• Take food and drink orders and serve to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Mix and serve traditional and creative cocktails according to hotel standards.
• Make recommendations based on customer preferences and tastes.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Process payments for customers and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Build rapport with customers to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

• 1-2 years of previous bartending experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Dependability and regular attendance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Food Handlers Card.
