Job Description:

As a registered nurse in our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), you will provide and supervise professional, independent nursing care for patients in their homes, in clinics and in congregate living ministries. You will apply knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.

Our PACE program strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and families, providing personalized care and support. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life.

  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
  • 1 year - Home health RN experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $58.19 per hour, based on the job requirements and location.
