Job Summary

Walgreens is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Provide accurate and efficient service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including patient information and medication lists
  • Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on pharmacy procedures and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred
  • 6 months of experience in a retail environment; prior experience with Walgreens preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
