Cash Waggner & Associates is seeking a skilled Licensed Land Surveyor to contribute to our projects by ensuring precise field measurements and comprehensive documentation utilizing state-of-the-art technology and advanced tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and surveying personnel on civil engineering, site development, and construction initiatives.
• Engage in various projects including roadways, airports, rail systems, drainage systems, and site development.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of field survey crews.
• Evaluate boundary investigations and field surveys, including property and ALTA/NSPS surveys.

• Proficient in the principles and practices of computer-aided drafting.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, construction specifications, and relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with industry-specific safety practices and principles.
• Ability to manage office operations efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
• Willingness to travel locally within a 300-mile radius.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.

• Must hold a valid Professional Land Surveyor license.
• Licensure in multiple states, including Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan, is preferred, or the capability to obtain licensure in these and other states within six months of employment.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Ability to travel to various project locations.
• Capability to access and navigate construction sites.
• Proficient in operating motorized equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in diverse environmental conditions.
