Role Description

The Academic Instructor will perform as an instructor in a regular classroom setting, teaching designated subjects and demonstrating commitment to excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a positive atmosphere within the classroom setting to ensure maximum student motivation.
  • Establishing a high level of student/instructor rapport.
  • Utilizing curriculum resources available and responsible for adequate classroom preparation.
  • Maintaining student personnel folders and records.

Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness of classrooms, attending staff training sessions, and adhering to Odle's Quality Assurance Plan.
