Position Overview: As a dedicated school transportation operator, you will be an essential part of ensuring the safe transit of students to and from educational institutions. You will receive comprehensive training and support from a committed management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus along designated routes, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of students at established stops.
- Perform thorough pre-trip inspections to guarantee the bus is in safe working condition.
- Conduct post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety standards.
- Participate in regular safety meetings to enhance operational safety.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bus to uphold a professional image.
- Occasionally transport students for field trips and other school-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- A minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience is required.
- A clean driving record over the past 24-36 months is essential.
- Candidates should be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Completion of a comprehensive training program is mandatory.
- Pre-employment background checks will be conducted.
