This position within Growth Operations will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our customer-facing solutions across multiple services. The role involves collaboration with various teams to enable timely and high-quality customer communications. The primary responsibility will be the validation of features and customer messaging, utilizing best practices in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Product Management on campaigns and marketing journeys.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts to ensure extensive test coverage across existing functionalities and new features.
  • Conduct testing of on-device experiences for users across a variety of mobile platforms.
  • Manage multiple initiatives, prioritizing feature and campaign testing while ensuring timely documentation and delivery of End to End testing.
  • Respond promptly to production issues, exploring ways to reproduce defects, updating tickets, and monitoring status to keep all information current.
  • Design and implement strategies, tools, and solutions for End to End testing across mobile, web, and API-based systems.
  • Engage in conceptualizing and executing process optimization and quality improvement initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or User Acceptance Testing, with a proven track record of independently leading testing efforts across various projects.

Experience in validating native mobile applications or on-device communications/messaging for large-scale marketing initiatives.

Proficiency in End to End testing across mobile applications, including the development of test plans, scripts, and coverage matrices that enhance user experience beyond stated requirements.

Experience in providing adequate risk-based test coverage across functional, integration, End to End, Data, and Regression testing of the systems under review.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with testing activities throughout the entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery.

Experience collaborating closely with in-house QA/UAT teams to resolve bugs and contribute to operational planning, retrospectives, and release readiness.

Ability to devise strategies, tools, and solutions to enhance the efficiency of test coverage for End to End scenarios.
Hands-on experience with Python, Selenium, and JavaScript (Node.js) for test automation is preferred.

Highly organized, disciplined, and methodical in testing approaches, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a curiosity to improve the UAT/QA process.

Innovative and resourceful in driving meaningful results across the team.
Strong ability to work collaboratively and influence project teams.
Attention to detail is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one component of our total compensation package, determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $195,200.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are also eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
