As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents. This includes collecting vital information, administering medications, and treating wounds and bedsores.

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted
  • Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
  • Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
  • Helping residents with personal hygiene and dressing
  • Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member
About Warren Center:

Warren Center is an eighty-bed skilled nursing facility located at 42 Gurney Lane. Our facility provides a wide spectrum of nursing care to the residents of Warren County. We offer short-term rehabilitation services and long-term care for individuals who are unable to care for themselves.

We take a team approach to develop a unique plan of care for each resident, working with them and their families to meet their individual needs.
