Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor to join our team at Impact Recruiting Solutions. As a surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of long-term care facilities in Kentucky.

• Conduct surveys of long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with CMS regulations
• Review and analyze facility data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address facility deficiencies
• Collaborate with facility staff to implement quality improvement initiatives
• Provide training and education to facility staff on CMS regulations and best practices

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dietetics
• Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
• At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis
