Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes patient satisfaction and staff well-being.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
